Shipments and returns

Once the customer of completes the entire purchase process, the company begins to prepare the shipment of the products that he has selected.

How do we ship the products?

To ensure that the customer receives their products in perfect condition, the company, after receiving the order, processes it and proceeds to pack each item, finally placing it in suitable cardboard boxes for safe transport. Immediately afterwards, we contacted the relevant transport agency to proceed with its shipment. We work with different transport companies to provide a better service to our customers and thus optimize the delivery of their purchases, depending on the volume of the order it makes and the place where it is going, whether it is nationally or internationally. In addition, we have an urgent courier service, both for sales to individuals whose merchandise to be sent would be small, and to distributors where the use of pallets is required. takes out insurance from the different agencies when making shipments to correct the different incidents that may appear, such as breakage, theft, etc.

What will be the amount I will have to pay for the shipment of my order?

The shipping price is calculated based on the origin and destination, the weight of the products purchased already packaged and, in some cases, their volume. The exact price will be calculated when each item is included in the shopping cart and will appear on the page that summarizes the purchase before confirming the order through "checkout" and before entering the payment data to process the order. Shipping costs can be changed at any time without prior notice. In any case, those shipping costs that appear at the time of placing the order will be valid.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The delivery time of the orders will depend on the time in which the client makes it as well as the transport company that is contracted and the destination of the order. In an estimated way, the delivery time ranges between 24 to 48 hours to Spain and between 5-7 days to Europe. If the method of payment chosen by the customer when making his purchase is a bank transfer, it may be delayed if he does not provide the receipt with his data at the time so that the company can verify that the payment has been made correctly. The client agrees to enable the delivery of the requested order by providing an address where it can be received within the usual hours of delivery of goods.

In case of breach of this obligation by the client, will not assume any responsibility for the delay or impossibility of delivery of said order requested by him.

Return of products

All products purchased on our portal have a return period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order by the customer.

There may be several cases in which a customer decides to return the product he has purchased:

The customer receives it damaged due to transport. In case the merchandise arrives damaged due to defects in transport, with blows or breakages, the client must make the claim and state it on the delivery note and sign. You will then have to notify within 24 hours of receipt. The company will proceed to change it in the shortest possible time and will bear the cost of collection and subsequent shipment.

The customer is simply not satisfied. If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they can return the product. In this case, once the merchandise has been received at our facilities together with the purchase invoice and we have verified that it contains its original packaging and is in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount. The transport costs of the first shipment and subsequent collection will be assumed by the client. They will have to contact within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the order, clearly indicating the problem or reason for the return. The company reserves the right not to accept exchange or return if it has not previously received any notification.

The content of the package does not correspond to the merchandise requested by the customer. If the product that the client receives is not the one that he has bought, he will have to notify the company within 24 hours. We will proceed to pick it up and send the one requested by the client first or the corresponding amount will be returned if you wish. will assume the extra transport costs that may arise, provided that the product has not been used, altered or manipulated.

Shipping costs will only be refundable in the case of wrong shipment or defective product.
